The event aimed to cultivate good
values among students such as the
practiceofalmsgivinginconjunctionwith
the Day of
Asyura
celebration on the 10
th
of Muharram.
The event is one of the activities of
the school’s Welfare Body.

Four hundred and sixty-two individuals
are undergoing mandatory self-isolation
while 5,239 have completed it since
March.
This was stated by the Ministry of
Health (MoH) on the current COVID19
situation in the country yesterday.
One-hundred-and-twelve samples
were taken for testing for the SARS-
CoV2 virus in the last 24 hours.
Since January, 53,147 samples have
been taken.

The Public Works Department, Ministry of
Development announced the temporary closure
of the slip-road to Muara-Tutong Highway in the
area of KM107 (direction of Tutong District) which
started yesterday until September 8.
The closure is to enable road repair work
starting at 8.30am.
The road will be re-opened when the repair
work is completed. Road users can use nearby
alternative roads.
The Public Works Department reminded road
users to be careful when passing through the
area and to comply with trafic signs and speed
limits.
