Raya Aidiladha. The meat of two

buffaloes was distributed.

through Yayasan Al-Mashhor, saw

Maritime and Port Authority of

Brunei Darussalam (MPABD) Chief

Executive Haji Mohd Salihin bin Haji

Aspar as the guest of honour.

recipients registered under the

Brunei Islamic Religious Council

(MUIB) residing in the village.

The event began with a recitation

Surah Al-Fatihah

Ramzi Mohiddin.

Brunei Darussalam has conducted

40,912 SARS›CoV›2 virus tests since

January 2020, which is nearly 10 per

cent of the population.

In the last 24 hours, 69more were

tested for the virus.

The Ministry of Health (MoH)

announced this yesterday in keeping

the nation abreast with the COVID›19

situation in the country.

continued its streak of no new

COVID›19 cases for 87 days

yesterday, keeping the national

tally of con irmed cases at 141.

According to the statement,

493 persons who arrived in the

country after travelling abroad, are

undergoingmandatory self-isolation.

They are placed at government

monitoring centres.

Meanwhile 3,803 individuals

have completed their mandatory

self-isolation at monitoring centres

since March 2020.

In its breakdown of COVID›19

cases in the country, healthinfo.

gov.bn

revealed that there were 110

cases in the Brunei-Muara District,

25 in the Belait District and six in the

Tutong District.

always working and never silent,”
